From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing during both the sale and purchase of our houses. Daisy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout what can be a very stressful process. Communication was excellent at every stage, we were always kept informed, nothing was ever too much trouble, and any questions were dealt with quickly and clearly. Wilson Thomas went above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and their expertise and dedication really showed. We felt completely confident and looked after from day one. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares and delivers outstanding service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Daisy and Wilson Thomas. They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

8th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

Daniel was professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel much smoother by being responsive, honest, and reliable whenever we had questions or needed updates. What really stood out was how trustworthy and genuine he was. He clearly cared about helping things progress and making sure everything was handled properly, which gave us a lot of confidence during the purchase. Overall, Daniel was a great person to deal with, and we’re very grateful for the help and support he gave us while buying our home. We’d happily recommend him and the team at Leaders Poole to anyone going through the house-buying process.

He passed all our questions onto the sellers and vice versa which made the process seamless. He also contacted our solicitor weekly for progress reports and delivered the information back to us which was so helpful. I would definitely recommend forum ????
9th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale. I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.
1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We have been forced to sign a new contract twice instead of leaving it as a rolling one. If you are reading this, I would like to let you know regulations are coming to force from May on called "renters bill act" If you want to leave the property you just need to give a 2 months notice and this is going to be the end of fixed term tenancies. This term applies to both existing tenancies and the ones signed by 1st May.

I began as a tenant and, with their support, I have just become the owner. I would like to thank them for making life easy for me. 19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Highly recommend using Justyn, incredible man. We loved that he was the sole agent to talk to which made it more personal and meaningful to us, we weren't just another number to him. From start to finish Justyn was perfect. The most down to earth, honest, estate agent I've ever met. Voice notes with updates in our WhatsApp group chat even on a weekend, very chilled, nothing was too much and is actually quite funny! He is just an all-round great guy. We sold and competed within 5 months and Justyn did a lot of the chasing for us during this time. If you're sceptical about going with Justyn because he 'isn't part of the a big company' I would say that is the biggest benefit, he was the only one to give us information and didn't have to get someone to call me back, nothing was left or forgotten about, we didn't have 3 people telling me 3 different things or trying to pie me to someone else, he had the time to be more personal and he actually loves his job. This isn't a numbers game to him unlike some estate agents we experienced before we found Justyn. We miss you already!! You have customers for life, thank you Justyn. ??????

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
