26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

Although he was the estate agent for the house we were buying, he genuinely went above and beyond and felt like he was our own estate agent during the sale of our home too. Moving house was incredibly stressful, but Ed was always there to keep us updated, chase things when needed, answer our questions, and reassure us whenever we were worried. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the whole process. We're so grateful for all of Ed's hard work and support in helping us get into our new home. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, we couldn't recommend Ed highly enough. Thank you again for everything!

From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding.<br>Every member of the team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Communication was exceptional – we were kept regularly updated at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Jack and the team were always on hand to offer support and make sure the transaction was progressing as well as possible. A special mention regarding their property photography, which stood out amongst competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend Link Homes. 19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

From the first conversation they were professional, responsive and completely straightforward.<br>What stood out most was their honesty. They gave clear, realistic advice rather than telling me what I wanted to hear, which made the whole process far less stressful. They were always available when I had questions, kept me updated without me having to chase, and handled every detail carefully.<br>I always felt I was in safe hands with someone who actually cared about getting the right result, not just closing a deal.<br>If you want an estate agent who is reliable, trustworthy and properly supportive, look no further.
