11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t give enough praise to Winkworth Penn Hill. From the second Neil walked to my house, I had a gut feeling I would use them. I had two other agents booked but didn’t even bother with the third agent. The commission is excellent, the photographs taken of my house was excellent+ and the marketing of my house has been amazing the staff are all lovely and so very helpful and encouraging. I’ve had about 9 viewings in 6-7 days and so much positive feedback. Winkworth have definitely gone the mile and a half to sell my house for me. I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely 11 out of 10.
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities. We visited Sarah on a Sunday and she gave us her entire day, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients. Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. We live a distance away and Rob has liaised with people who needed to visit the property and he has even visited the house each week to check everything was OK for us. 8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Really professional, efficient, friendly and such a pleasure to deal with. Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way. Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough. Joshua Lewis is the Countrywide mortgage advisor currently residing in the Canford Heath Palmer Snell branch. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or enthusiastic advisor. If you have any doubts at all, he is absolutely worth every penny. We have always been greeted with a smile and warm voice at the end of the phone (no matter annoying we (me) may have got). The whole team is a breath of fresh air and an asset at the forefront of the Palmer Snell Canford Heath Branch. They all deserve a raise! We wish them all the best for the future, Rebecca and Isaac

19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

The support and communication from the whole team during the entire process was exceptional - a special shoutout for Emily who fully supported me through the entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. I highly recommend the whole team at Meyers - their knowledge and support is unbeatable!
