She has responded quickly to all my queries and has been friendly and professional throughout. I have really appreciated her support and would highly recommend!
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

12th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.

17th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.

He’s interested in us and what we’re looking to do and how our house sale fits into our plans.<br>He gave us the benefit of his years of experience as an estate agent to understand the market and agree a sale price.<br>Harwoods website is welcoming and the process of agreeing the pictures and commentary easy and quick to manage.<br>Looking forward to working with Rob towards our sale.<br>Overall professional, efficient and listened to our views.
