She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

They kept us updated every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening, which made the whole buying process so much less stressful.<br><br>Everyone was incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful. The communication was fantastic throughout, and it really felt like they valued us as customers and wanted to do everything they could to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered quickly.<br><br>We couldn't recommend them enough and are so grateful for all of their support in helping us buy our new home. 12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Chloe was very friendly and personable. Very quick in answering questions and keeping informed of viewing comments. First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive. Happy with final result.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

17th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
