25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

As a first time buyer they led me and advised at every turn completely professionally and with ease in a less than ideal purchase. But made much easier with their unrivalled work ethic. I cant thank them enough for enabling me to start my next chapter , and although I dont plan on doing this again any time soon I would highly recommend then to anyone out there looking!<br>Thank you
