Mervyn remained calm and professional when he had to explain everything to me as not a normal house buying process. 8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

Roger and Chantelle were our main points of contact and both were excellent throughout the process. The negotiations were handled professionally and fairly, and we always felt that both sides were being treated with respect. Roger in particular struck the perfect balance between being approachable and highly professional, which made a real difference when it came to securing the deal. A special thank you has to go to Chantelle, who was outstanding in keeping everything moving. She kept us fully updated at every stage, maintained clear communication between all parties, and worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the process stayed on track. Her proactive approach helped make what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed, and the speed at which everything came together was a real credit to her efforts. Overall, the whole team at David Hill were a pleasure to deal with. They were responsive, organised, and clearly committed to getting the best outcome for everyone involved. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell, and we are very grateful for the part they played in helping us secure our new home.

The service was very profesional from viewing, move in and on going comunication. The maintenance team are very profesional and provide regular updates if there is any maintenance required. Really happy with the property and the Squarefoot Team.
