We were kept updated throughout the sale and Lily helped us to chase and push when things felt like they were stagnating. I would be happy to use Dacres again for a purchase and would absolutely trust them with my property sale! Thank you so much Lily x
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Jasmine while moving into my new apartment. From the very beginning she was professional, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Moving can be stressful, but Jasmine made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. She kept me updated throughout, answered any questions quickly, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she was always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making the move-in experience positive, but Jasmine at Bridgfords really did go above and beyond. I’m very grateful for all her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to move.

Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. It provided me with comfort and a valuation I was very happy with. Summer was particularly superb at managing the sale process. She was very attentive and knowledgable of the finer details, while also efficiently keeping the solicitors on track. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommend.
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)One of my worst experience buying a house from hunters auction. House was listed on website and tenanted for a fixed amount of rent which I was told by the auction agent called Robert. Also house was in bad state but got told tenants don’t care so why do you. Only to find out later on that tenants have never paid anywhere near that amount and it’s so much lower. So was lied to first of all and then later to meet the tenants and for them to tell us all the work they was promised and they wanted the house fixing top to bottom. What an absolute joke and waste of time and money. Keep your money and go elsewhere they will tell you anything just to sell a house that is overpriced

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I'm a first time renter and have had a brilliant experience with everyone at Martin & Co Saltaire so far! Special shout out to Carol who has helped me throughout the whole process. Carol arranged the viewing for me and was present from the beginning. As a first time renter I had an abundance of questions, some of them probably a bit silly but she had so much patience with me. Carol was in constant communication from application right the way up until collecting my keys and explained everything well. Carol was also kind enough to allow me to have a second viewing once the existing tenant had moved out and when I identified a few things that might need repairing she was again fully on it and in constant communication which made me feel reassured that I could count on Martin &Co throughout my entire tenancy. Thank you Carol and the rest of the team at Martin & Co, I am very happy in my new home!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

7th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

Wasn't easy losing the chain twice however Taylforths and Ruby in particular was proactive in getting the house remarketed and a new buyer within days. Highly recommend.
