Right from the start of the tenancy to the return of our deposit, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Miriam and the team were always very quick to resolve any issues and did so with genuine kindness and care. The contractors they hired were always friendly and professional too. 23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Do not deserve even 1 star. The advertisement was completely misleading. The photos showed a flat in perfect condition, but when I arrived, workers were inside and the entire flat was in a broken, unfinished state. Wasted my 2 hours.<br>The owner, Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and did not bother to answer basic questions. His attitude was disrespectful and showed no concern for potential tenants.<br>Avoid at all costs.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.
