They were honest, hardworking, helpful and always willing to do whatever they could to keep things moving.<br><br>I dealt with several members of the team throughout the process and every single person was friendly, professional and helpful. I had an extremely frustrating and complicated chain, with a particularly difficult situation further down the chain, and throughout it all, Regan was absolutely outstanding.<br>Regan took everything in his stride and went far above and beyond what could reasonably have been expected of him. His resilience, professionalism, ability to think several steps ahead and willingness to deal with people and issues that were not even part of his job were second to none. He was proactive, persistent and completely committed to keeping the chain moving and getting me over the line.<br>Quite simply, without Regan’s determination, support and constant efforts, I genuinely believe the chain could have fallen apart. He is an absolute asset to Michael Graham, and the company should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing them.<br>I would also like to praise the wider team. Whenever Regan wasn't in the office, I was always greeted with a warm welcome from Roger, Rob, Harry and Stephanie. Whoever I spoke to, I was met with the same helpful, professional and can-do attitude. Everyone took ownership, offered help and made things happen. There was never any passing the buck or being told, “He isn't in, you'll have to wait.” Instead, everyone did their best to help and keep things moving.<br>Moving house can be stressful enough without a difficult chain, but having such a supportive, proactive and genuinely lovely team behind me made a huge difference.<br>Regan deserves special recognition, but the whole team deserves credit. They are a real credit to Michael Graham, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.<br>A genuinely great team and an absolute joy to deal with. She kept us well informed, responded promptly to our questions, and took the time to explain the process clearly whenever we needed clarification. We particularly appreciated how accommodating and attentive she was when dealing with our application and the supporting information we provided.<br><br>Julie was equally helpful and professional. Her communication was clear, thoughtful and reassuring, and she took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and make sure we understood the next steps in the process.<br><br>Finding and applying for a new home can be a stressful experience, but Mandy and Julie made the whole process feel organised, straightforward and personal. We always felt that our questions were taken seriously and that we were being kept properly informed rather than simply being treated as another application.<br><br>We are very grateful to both of them for their time, patience and excellent communication. 23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t recommend Margaret James enough!<br><br>Back in May, after finding a house we loved, we decided to put our own house on the market. Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Very professional sales negotiator listened to what we required never pushy to get a sale.
