1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)As a rather inexperienced, accidental landlord I needed advice and expertise so I turned to Hilton, King &Locke and I am very glad I did. Jenny, Anna and Wendy are an amazing team. I have 2 properties rented, fully managed with them and the service is brilliant. I took their advice before refurbishing both properties and let them find and vet tenants. They have saved me money and greatly reduced the stress involved, their wealth of experience and expertise gives me great peace of mind, especially given all the recent changes to the rental market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The whole team have been amazing and genuinely do look after you throughout the process. I had previously tried Wye and Ford and Partners and the difference is night and day. I really wouldn’t bother with the others as they failed to deliver on several counts. I had many promises and assurances from other estate agents but Robertsons was the only one that delivered. Many thanks.

11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

Regan, Rob and Roger provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and helpful; they went out of their way on many occasions to make it happen. Overall, they were thoughtful and very professional throughout the process. I know who to go to if I ever want to sell.

I especially appreciated that she immediately checked whether anyone was asleep in the house, which showed how thoughtful and respectful she is. She carried out a thorough inspection, took the time to ask if we had any concerns, and made sure I was comfortable throughout her visit. Nicola is a lovely person and a credit to your team.

23rd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)AVOID AT ALL COSTS.<br>Only leaving 1 star as unable to leave 0.<br>We have just purchased a property through Christopher pallet, Colin and Ross are both horrible people. They hound you every day with passive aggressive emails until completion, then once completed if you have any issues they are completely uninterested and ignore you.<br><br>When we had our survey done, it was picked up (among other things) that two of the windows in the property were not working correctly. This was raised when discussing a reduction in price. Ross informed us that the windows would be fixed by the owners before completion. His exacts words were “the owners are going to get the mechanisms fixed, so consider that done”. What a liar. We raised on day one when we entered the property that this had not been done. They have ignored us repeatedly on phone calls and emails, and have now replied saying they are not going to do anything to help this. I’d honestly rather not sell or purchase a property than give this morally corrupt “business” any commission. I will be making a formal complaint to the property ombudsman and seeking legal advice.<br><br>Edit<br><br>I’m sure the reader of this review can tell how condescending and passive aggressive Ross is just from his reply. ????????????

A special thank you to Kiera, who came to help me with a spare key when I accidentally locked myself out one day — she arrived in less than half an hour. Amazing service, friendly staff, and always willing to support whenever needed. Thank you again!

20th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our house with Urban + Rural Bletchley, we worked with David, Fin and Molly. They've worked really hard to secure us a quick and sucessful sale for a price we were really happy with. The sale moved very very quickly, the team had three viewings organised within the first week of listing the property, we accepted an offer on the house less than a week later. They've been very organised with communication, David set up a family WhatsApp group for us so we could keep a track of messages together, one of the team would always be on call to answer any queries we had. The listing for the house was great, it showed the property in its best light, the photography was very well done. The house was unfurnished prior to the sale so David produced some additional images for us with furniture present to give prospective buyers an idea of what the house could look like. I think the overall quality of the listing helped us to get a good number of viewings in a short space of time. The sale process itself was straightforward and the team made sure any checks and documents we needed were handled quickly. I would highly recommend Urban + Rural, they were calm, efficient and very professional and kept a potentially stressful process as smooth and easy as possible.

However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! I don’t know what we would have done without them!

No false expectations and excellent communication throughout. All of the staff are helpful and approachable but especially Aiden Lever who made sure that the process was as seamless as possible. I would recommend this estate agent. They are local and not part of a nationwide group. This means that their local knowledge is excellent and the actually care
