9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had 4 Estate Agents come to view my property and was about to give up hope when Ben arrived, I immediately know I would list with B Simmons, continuous communication from Ben and Emily and regular feedback, it did take 18 months to sell but they did not give up hope and kept telling me the right person would come along, and they eventually did, I had regular market updates from Ben and although long they made what some call a stressful situation seemless. Thank you all for your help in the process

The moving day had so many challenges thrown at everyone, but Hollie and Millie were dedicated to ensuring that the sale and purchase went through, and I cannot thank them enough for this. Thank you!!- 11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We’re very grateful to Zoe for helping us finally get our purchase over the line after an extremely stressful seven month process, despite there being no chain involved. Zoe was persistent, proactive and supportive throughout, always chasing updates and keeping us informed even when communication from the sellers, NatWest, as well as their own solicitors, was extremely poor. We honestly don’t know how she managed to deal with them for so long, they were repeatedly unresponsive and very difficult to progress with. One thing we would say to anyone considering buying a repossession property is to think very carefully beforehand. The property remained on the market the entire time, our offer price was publicly displayed online, and viewings continued while we were already deep into the process. As first time buyers, this added a huge amount of unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this was something Connells failed to make clear to us before we became financially involved with our solicitors and the purchase process. Despite all of that, the team at Connells were genuinely helpful and did what they could once they understood what we were dealing with. Zoe especially went above and beyond to finally get us into our home.

25th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Although my husband and I sold through MG Towcester and bought through MG Newport Pagnell, I need to give a special mention to Harry who used to work at the Newport Pagnell office but now is at MK. Harry is quite simply excellent and extremely communicative. We had our eye on a particular house for a very long time but were unable to put an offer in due to having listed with a rubbish estate agent for about 5 months before we switched to MG. Harry kept in contact and gave us updates about the house we loved. Once we were in a position to put in an offer he negotiated extremely hard considering the sellers were quite set, however he pulled it off and we’re now sitting in our beautiful new home ??????<br><br>?????????? for Harry!!
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I’d written a review 5 days ago but it hasn’t been published ! So I’ll try again ! This is a short review regarding Michael Campbell of Northwood Newport Pagnell ( Milton Keynes ) ! I am theLandlord of an apartment in the Tesco development of Newton Rd , Bletchley ! Two weeks ago I received an email notification from Landswood , the block management company stating that a leak was reported to the apartment directly below mine and would I deal with it ! My own tenant saw and dealt with the leak immediately it occurred and as he is in the building construction trade,fixed the slow leak from the washing machine pipe ! The leak stopped !The tenants below were away for 3 days and therefore did not report the leak until they got back and by which time it had already been rectified by my tenant ! Had the leak been reported immediately there probably would not have been any observable wetness ! But we ( tenant, myself and Northwood acted immediately) and averted a bugger issue ! Michael assisted me by constructing a succinct email referring to the details and Reminding Landswood that I pay them a substantial amount in my monthly Service charge to cover such eventualities and the circumstances of the leak bearing in mind that we acted quickly , would be covered by the Insurers ! I am most impressed by Michael’s expertise and professionalism in the manner with which he dealt with the situation and in the support and care shown towards me as a Northwood customer and landlord of one the properties which they rent and manage ! I would recommend Northwood MK to any landlord that wants peace of mind when renting a property and one that maybe distantly located from their own home ! Thank you Mr Campbell and to Northwood for employing excellent professionals ! Peter

Ross and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and have a great understanding of the town and community.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christopher Pallet for our next house move!<br><br>It’s also been lovely to see how involved they are in the local community which I have seen first hand at my children’s schools and at local charity events.<br><br>Keep up the great work!
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)An estate agent unlike others. From the day of valuation onwards. Gave an honest valuation with reasons instead of an over inflated number to get the job. Had the property sold within a couple of weeks and kept the communication simple all along. Most of my dealings was with Sky, she recognised quickly I prefer verbal communication followed up by email rather than just wordy emails that no one reads.<br>In all my years I would say one of the easiest estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only matched by 1 other in a different area.
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)I’ve just moved out of a flat I was renting from a private landlord, with Hadlands taking over towards the end of my tenancy. I must say I honestly wasn’t expecting, based on my experience with the very friendly, polite staff there, to be taken advantage of upon vacating the flat we had been renting for just over two years.<br><br>On the morning of our leaving, I had an end of tenancy clean booked that unfortunately was cancelled at very very short notice. So I cleaned the flat myself with a 7 month old baby in tow. Hadlands charged £110 for an oven clean which I fully accept, the oven should be professionally cleaned before new tenants move in, I had no issue at all with that.<br><br>However, they also had the cheek to charge me three hundred great British pounds to clean the flat. Sure, there were a few things I missed, I didn’t clean behind the radiators or on top of the kitchen cabinets and I didn’t clean the dust from the bathroom extractor fan. To add context to my review, I’ve attached pictures of exactly how I left the flat the morning of the last day of our tenancy, I think it’s entirely unreasonable to charge such an extortionate amount and it really put a dampener on leaving a place that was so special to us and one we took good care of throughout our tenancy.<br><br>EDIT: I have attached the invoice for the cleaning charge that apparently had nothing to do with Hadlands. Whilst Hadlands are correct that they didn’t charge me for cleaning directly, this is the charge presented to my landlord, by Hadlands, that they charged to clean the flat which obviously passed down to me at the previous tenant. I stand by my review and will not be removing it as £300 to clean the flat pictured below is an excessive and wholly unreasonable amount to charge.

Natalie and Kathleen have been very professional and efficient in dealing with Connells thus far, from the initial letting agreement, through to sorting out A replacement fridge in the middle of the recent heat wave. I am very pleased that I’m with Connells as an tenant and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
