4th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jeremy Swan Ltd sorted our sale with calm efficiency and proper know-how. We dealt with a tricky chain, yet they kept everything on track and explained each step clearly. A very reassuring estate agent, and I’d happily use them again.
4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. Their knowledge and support made the process much easier for us. A fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.

Didn't manage to attract viewers which they said they could get multiple buyers to view. I definitely would not use again and when ending my contract they became slow and unresponsive

7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)No. Just no. Constant trespassing on property by teens, old enough to know better, have led us to complain - to no avail.l, so must go civil, apparently. They wait until we are not home, throwing balls at house, or playing on our patio, uninvited and while we are out, until one of them gets hurt on our owned property, we are left responsible. Countless emails to this agent, and videos. Was asked by police if I wanted to file a formal report and said no, thinking this agent would be reasonable as in, how would he like it if this were happening to him? A decision I regret, but now see this is harassment of us, as two older women living together, alone, perhaps, to regard us with interpreted LGBT discrimination? Or probably seen as vulnerable? Not sure which…because I cannot understand why an agent wouldn’t want to ensure the peace and safety of surrounding properties, and their owners. Makes no sense. Also, These are Not children - teens, old enough to know better. Tried speaking, kindly, to one of the mothers of these kids only to be sworn at for all neighbourhood to hear. Sent to agent - nothing. Rules for freehold property ownership not being upheld, and intimidation and harassment of two older women living alone.Wye Country - Prestwood

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!
24th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Ivor and the team at Lafford James<br><br>Just wanted to thank you again for all your hard work not just with our sale but also finding a buyer for our buyers house in such a short time which enabled the whole chain to proceed<br>Also keeping us informed on both transactions including updates on mortgage progress, searches etc<br><br>I think the street app is definitely the way forward for estate agents as it gives more transparency re buyers names ,position ,dates etc<br><br>Not forgetting<br>Organising electrician /gardeners /cleaners /staging /viewings etc<br><br>I briefly met the new owners<br>I’m glad it’s gone to a nice young growing family which my late mother and step father would have appreciated.<br><br>Kind regards<br>A waller

After having to pull out of a previous purchase with a different estate agent in town, we were worried about losing our buyers and thought our move might fall through.<br><br>From the moment we found our new home with Connells, they were proactive, professional, and kept everyone moving throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work and excellent communication, we managed to complete in just four weeks, which meant we were able to keep our buyers and stay on track with our move.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Jason & Hannah always on hand to answer questions and keep us updated.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Luke, the Branch Manager, who went above and beyond during the final week. Even though he was on annual leave, he still kept on top of everything, making calls, chasing updates, and ensuring the sale stayed on track. That level of dedication and commitment is rare to find, and without his efforts, I don't think we would have met our deadline.<br><br>We honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough.
