Whilst always having his client's best interests at heart (i.e. the seller), he went above and beyond to ensure that we had all the information that we needed to proceed. We were impressed by his dedication and organisation (in particular, coordinating multiple parties, lawyers and keeping us updated). We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a tricky situation with our tenancy ending and finding new place which needed sorting, and Adrian has an absolute legend in getting it all resolved for us. He is a lovely guy to speak with on the phone, professional, patient when showing me and baby son property to view, incredibly understanding, and most importantly, he actually gets things done. ???????????? 18th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)I have nothing but great words for Simmons and Sons. They managed our tenancy for 4 years, and we're attentive to each and every request. Whenever there was an issue with our property, it was rectified within a few days.<br><br>I will say this, not all estate agents are made equal. You'll soon enough realise that. Not necessarily a big deal to move out of our property. But a big deal to no longer be under their management.<br><br>Thank you for 4 years of living in a property well managed.

Ours was a complex case but Ian & Denise’s support made every step hassle-free and resulted in an outcome that was best for all. The whole team’s communication and professionalism throughout has been outstanding and we cannot recommend the firm highly enough!

I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. 10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

We would highly recommend the team to any buyer or seller in the future.- 15th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.
20th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I've not had a great experience with these people. One lady telling me I've said things i haven't and it wouldn't hurt if she smiled a bit. Also have repeatedly asked for my holding deposit back as promised but they keep making empty promises.
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
