17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.

He was extremely friendly, and very supportive, answering all my questions about the process along the way<br>My house sold within a week of being advertised which demonstrates Profile’s experience with the local market.<br>Extremely happy with the service and will certainly be using Profiles again in the future

Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
