22nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on. Didn’t always respond to emails and phone calls. Had viewings but they didn’t seem to follow through with due diligence. Poor customer service. Changed agents after 6 months with them and sold within 2 weeks.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. It was both a pleasure dealing with Katie during the process of the house sale and, when required, Katie's expertise and advice was invaluable. My overall experience was therefore an excellent, high quality and friendly service from Acres in general and Katie in particular.
