Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I called the agency twice to enquire about agency fees as I was interested in putting a property up on the open market, a very rude staff member picked up the called wouldn't share her name or direct me to the sales team. When I spoke to her about what agent fees are and what is included in it which are very standard questions to ask was met with a rude response where they were unable to share these details. Not sure why, because how else are people willing to list properties if they don't know what the agent fees are or what the service includes.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Very thankful and pleased with the team in Flitwick, Initially we was searching in Luton and Daniel reached out to see if we was interested in expanding our search area and if I fancied popping in to speak to the mortgage adviser. The planets aligned for us on this as the adviser Johnathan filled me with much more confidence than the other companies and after explaining our criteria they pulled up the ideal property!! The whole process was pretty easy for us as first time buyers and we was guided very well through the journey. Not at any point did we feel pressured into any decisions. I have been particularly impressed by the calm, respectful and efficient way he has handled everything. Property transactions can be stressful and complicated, but Kevin took the time to listen to my concerns, explain matters clearly and treat my circumstances with genuine understanding. His knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication have given me reassurance and confidence during an important time for my family. It is rare to receive such a high level of personal attention and customer care. Although my transaction is still ongoing, I already believe Kevin deserves special recognition for the way he has supported me. I have every confidence in him and would highly recommend his services. Once the transaction is complete, I will be very happy to update my review to reflect my full experience. This agent doesn't have any reviews- 4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Good service from Satchells, but avoid Paul Taylor at Taylor Rose<br><br>Overall, I had a good experience with Satchells. The team were helpful, easy to contact by phone and did their best to keep things moving during what became a very difficult purchase.<br><br>Unfortunately, the vendor’s conveyancer, Paul Taylor, Consultant Solicitor at Taylor Rose, caused significant delays. There were multiple occasions where he was uncontactable for several days and enquiries were often not answered in full, resulting in repeated chasing and further delays. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious if he is acting for the vendor.<br><br>Satchells continued to chase where they could and helped get the purchase over the line. Overall a good experience with them despite a very frustrating purchase.

Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. Also got our deposit back within 2/3 weeks of handing back our keys. Happy with the service and outcome of our time we had in one of their rentals.

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

Jonathan Howe was brilliant to work with—he’s extremely well-spoken and had excellent knowledge of the local area and properties here. The whole team provided outstanding communication, keeping me fully updated at every stage of the process. I worked with other estate agents before and it was a huge difference—they gave me very little feedback and the process felt impersonal and unprofessional. Urban & Rural were efficient, transparent, and genuinely dedicated to getting the best result. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but unfortunately, they couldn’t even arrange any viewings. The ladies at VLS were different from the start. Professional , friendly, communicative, and proactive throughout the process. They managed to secure a buyer for me after just a few viewings! I’m very grateful for their hard work and excellent service.
