Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

28th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Honestly can’t say enough good things about indigo residential. One person in particular who has been an absolute legend to work with is Matthew. He’s phenomenal with vendors and been super helpful when working together. You can always get hold of him and nothing is too much bother. You have a solid, dependable person in Matt and makes working with Indigo an absolutely. Couldn’t recommend enough!

All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. Also got our deposit back within 2/3 weeks of handing back our keys. Happy with the service and outcome of our time we had in one of their rentals.

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

18th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We used Hancock’s Estates when we were looking to move across town, and they handled the whole process with a calm, professional manner that really put us at ease. The team were easy to get hold of, kept us updated without us having to chase, and were particularly helpful when a few bits of paperwork needed sorting at short notice. There was a proper sense that they knew the local market inside out, which made a big difference. Not quite perfect, as one or two replies took a touch longer than expected, but overall the service was very solid and the staff were courteous throughout. If you want an estate agent that feels organised, knowledgeable and refreshingly down-to-earth, Hancock’s Estates are well worth considering.
