The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.... Read more
