Called and emailed multiple times over three weeks just to arrange a viewing, was asked for my availability and then completely ignored, I wouldn’t waste my time! Despite ‘circumstances beyond your control’ it was well within your control to bother to spend 3 minutes emailing me back, to let me know that, before I had to leave this review! Terrible communication!

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner.
