Communication has been so quick and the relay of messages has been good. Couldn't ask for more.- 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)King and Chasemore have been fantastic estate agents. They sold my property within just five days of it going on the market, which exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and professional and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

As a support worker assisting my clients in securing a property, it was important that the process was smooth and well-communicated, and Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout. She responded to our emails very quickly, kept us updated at every stage, and assisted with everything to a very high standard. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience much easier for both myself and my clients. I would highly recommend Henry Adams Lettings in Emsworth, and especially Danielle, for their outstanding support and service.

We loved the advice you gave us to get though the sale and also thank you for Jonathan for finding us out new property via just4youbungalows much better then the house we originally had before it had fallen though which we are happy that it did otherwise we wouldn't of been shown our new one.

29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
31st Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I’ve been renting a property in Brighton Marina through H2O Homes for the past four years, and I can safely say they are the most reliable, transparent, and professional estate agents I’ve ever come across. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!

6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Not particularly great service from a lettings agents! I saw a flat to let and called them to book an appointment to view, I was advised to go on the website to book a viewing. On the website there was no viewings available, a few days later, I’ve got an alert to book viewing. Which I did straight away, Only for them to cancel it within 20 minutes, stating it had been let! I will be avoiding them like the plague next time!
