We had a lot of questions for being first time renters and he was more then happy to answer every single one. Very professional and friendly, definitely recommend him if you’re looking to rent soon. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He has got us exactly what we wanted both times. The whole team are excellent and willing to help you ??????

A special thank you to Katie, the Manager, whose professionalism and clear advice really stood out from the start. Her guidance genuinely saved me money compared with the suggestions I received from some other Emsworth agents, who were far less professional. Julie did an absolutely fantastic job progressing the sale. She was proactive, efficient, and always kept me informed, which made the whole process so much smoother and far less stressful. Thanks also to Joe for his support during the process. The whole team provided exceptional service — always proactive, communicative, and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for me. It’s rare to find an estate agent that combines professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity so well. If you’re selling in Emsworth or the surrounding area, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubitt & West.
22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

3rd Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)Bell and Blake were the only one of four agents we contacted who valued the property realistically. Their local knowledge was invaluable in our situation (as we live elsewhere and were selling for an elderly relative). I am very glad that we were not lured by one of the various rival firms offering inflated valuations to get us on board- the house would almost certainly still be on the market and causing us great anxiety.

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. We saw the house listed online via Ancells. 1hr 45mins drive later. The home we saw felt so homely. We couldn't stop talking about it and how professional both Kelly & Jayne had been. On the very rare occasions when there’s been an issue, it’s always been resolved promptly. The team is extremely friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. I’m truly sad that my tenancy has come to an end as I’ve now moved away from Brighton. I can’t recommend H2O Homes enough, they have set the bar very high for what great property management should look like. Thank you so much!
