I was particularly impressed by Eleanor and how active she was in helping us get the purchase across the line. Eleanor always responded to our questions quickly and made the whole process just a little bit less stressful.

It has not been the easiest of times, but David Gees is a real diamond. Through all his hard work he remained professional and caring. Not always an easy task.! I would highly recommend Mike Vincent & Son.

This estate agency is a joke, rented a property from them for two years in Ipswich, on 4 separate occasions they allowed people to go in the house without out my knowledge or permission.. FOUR TIMES. Breaking the contract and just a cheap apology. Then I move out and 5 weeks later they are charging me for dust, and grass in the garden to be cut both was done when I moved out. There is no support for the tenant with this estate agency, they just don’t care. Worst estate agents ever. Avoid at all costs. I’m now taking them and the landlord to court.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

11th Apr 2026 (27 days ago)I would highly recommend David Burr in Castle Hedingham. Tim, Richard and Gemma were such a helpful and friendly team, I honestly couldn’t fault them. They were always easy to get hold of, consistently polite, and went out of their way to keep things moving by regularly chasing the rest of the chain for updates. That made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress off us. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable local estate agent.

Communication from Nest was top notch all the way through the sale, which at times was very frustrating due to sub par legal support....They remained very professional throughout with candid updates without the fluff. Everyone in the chain was kept up to date with cause of delay and next steps. I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion

He has met us several times at the property and has been very prompt with asking sellers for further information. It's been very helpful having that personal service and a single person contact, and it's very refreshing to find an estate agents that know what they are doing!

They have helped with selling of my property with ease and when viewing properties they have for sale, their expertise outshines others. The team have passion and drive and cannot fault anything within the company. We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
