The rest of the sales team were also friendly and professional, helping us whenever we had any questions. We just wished we had more time when we went to view the house initially.

They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)How many of you can say that you contacted an estate agent on a Tuesday and by the following Tuesday you received confirmation that your property has provisionally sold? I can. David Burr visited my house discussed details and value, measured up, took photos, produced a brochure, identified and contacted prospective buyers for a viewing which proved successful; all within a week. This was due to the professionalism of the team at Castle Hedingham who I found knowledgeable, personable and helpful. So thank you to Tim, Richard and Gemma who kept a tight grip on the process and enabled my move to be conducted smoothly.

Each and every aspect of the marketing and selling process was conducted professionally and I felt confident that I was being fully invested in as a client. They were quick to notify me of pending viewings and gave a full appraisal following each. Every member of staff involved had a friendly and personable manner and were a pleasure to engage with, namely Graham, John and lastly but not least Sam who predominantly led the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending using this branch.

Very thorough during the process which she went through in every detail with viewings from interested people to taking photos to advertising my property online and negotiating the best price. I was impressed with all the effort Adele went to and she spent time explaining everything to me unlike other Estate Agents I spoke to. I lost my Mother in August 2024 and employed Chamberlain Phillips to sell both my property and my Mothers at the same time to enable my move to a different area. I embarked on the process not doubting their skills, but believing this would take nothing short of a miracle to happen. From Craig, Lorraine , and the rest of the team in between, they carried me through a really difficult and sensitive time, going way over and above with help, advice and skill. I will never be able to thank them enough and for someone that has gone through around 20 house moves in my lifetime, they are by far the best. Thank you all so much.

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for.
