I bought my house through WHB stow and initially I had Stuart who was absolutely useless!!! Completely arrogant and liar but he’s thankfully been fired and Lee has taken over as senior manager. And what a difference!!! He’s trustworthy and actually calls me back. Got me and my family into my home and got a nice thoughtful box of goodies.
