16th Nov 2018 (7 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.

12th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Loved using Batchellor Monkhouse to sell my home. I primarily worked with Emily who was super but everyone in the office was always up to speed on developments. Great attention was taken to the photos and listing. All the agents who would show the house came round in advance to get a feel for the place. Tough market and BM delivered. Grade II* listed house with lots of quirks sold and very happy in new home.

It really felt like we were on the house selling journey with “friends” who really cared. This continued with Tamsin who was brilliant with sales progression through to the end The whole team went above and beyond. We felt reassured and supported throughout and would definitely recommend. However Mansell achieved 2 early strong expressions of interest in November before obtaining a sale from another party in January.- 12th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)When dealing with my agent Nichole she put me at ease explained everything clearly with no pressure or feeling uncomfortable. It took sometime to find the right property to move to but she always said there was no rush the move had to be right for me before I made the final decisions. I felt she wanted me to make the right decision for me without any pressure from her. Thank you

22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

Henry Adams arbitrarily decided to base income requirements for renting off net income, contrary to best practice and what every other estate agent follows to do referencing. Maria is completely clueless over the phone and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. They also love to act like they have no control over anything and it's all out of their hands. You guys are the ones doing referencing, you are the ones who set what you take into account and what platforms you use. I would avoid if you don't want to have to deal with weeks of stress for no reason, never had an experience this terrible in all my years of renting.

12th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very rude staff spoke to David he is the so called director About renting my apartment he asked how they can arrange viewings i replied by saying that I will be able to provide access however David wanted to be given a key instead he then told me that’s bit strange will you be hiding in corner of the rooms whilst we are showing the applicant around I have never heard such a response like this absolutely shocking how they are still in business

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)I've been well supported by Michael and Carlos throughout the sale of my brother's retirement apartment. Despite the disappointment of an early buyer pulling out, and then my brother passing away, so we had to start again ; they were always positive and diligent to keep things moving. The communication was always good but not in a over pushy way, as can be the case with some agents. Retirement apartments are rarely a straightforward sale but we got the job done very smoothly in the end. Highly recommended from my perspective.
