15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)DO NOT use these agents. We got agreed a house we loved and it got put as sold etc. Next day we got gazumped by another person who put in a much higher offer even after it was sold stc. Most agents do not entertain offers after sold etc and whilst I understand agents can legally pass on offers even after agreeing a sale and that gazumping is legal in UK, they obviously passed on the offer as they want the extra commission and we lost out the property. We are not going to get into any bidding war and raise our offer up higher than we did as a matter of principle as nice as the home was- properties come and go and we will find a better one. But please avoid them as when I have called multiple other agents in the past- once a sale is agreed, they just say that and dont emtertain offers as a courtesy but Robinson Jackson did. Deeply disappointed with the agents, with the person who put in the offer as they have no shame, and with the sellers who even accepted this after agreeing with us. Disappointing and will not trust them again.

Having not met each member of the team face to face, every time we called with a query, no mater who we spoke to they seemed to know which stage we were at and we're able to answer any questions with a good knowledge of our situation. 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Really happy with the service at Mann when selling my Victorian terrace in Gravesend. 1) Had a great intro meeting with Charlotte to discuss marketing, pricing and strategy. Charlotte really understood the specifics of the area and advised brilliantly on marketing and prepping the house for sale. 2) We held a jam-packed open house (thank you Lewis!) back to back appointments which generated loads of really sensible offers. We got into a mini bidding war. 3) Chloe then handled a brilliant negotiation getting us to the top of our guide price. Communication was perfect... never pestered me but always kept me up to date. Staff were easy to speak to and always available. Overall we had a smooth, professional and easy transaction. Thank you to the team. Happy to recommend to any sellers in the area.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

Hamptons marketing to potential purchasers resulted in a regular viewings by worthy parties. In addition, the communications we received before and after each viewing was much appreciated so that we always felt appraised of the interest in our property. In the lead up to exchange of contracts and then sale completion, Hamptons played very helpful role to liaise with our purchasers. This enabled a smooth and amicable path to completion.
