Her knowledge of the local market was second to none, and from the moment the chain came together she kept us updated and informed at every step. Even though I made it clear that the valuation was mainly out of curiosity rather than an immediate plan to sell, Connor still took the time to be thorough, professional, and extremely helpful. He arrived well prepared, talked me through the local market, and explained clearly how he reached the valuation figure. I really appreciated that he didn’t rush the appointment and was happy to answer all my questions. His knowledge of the Dartford area and current property trends was very reassuring. Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience with no pressure at all, just honest advice and great service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Connor and Acorn Estate Agents to anyone thinking about selling or simply wanting an up to date idea of their property’s value.

So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.

He has a detailed knowledge of the Joydens wood area. He gave very good, honest advice around the selling price. His team are responsive and friendly. They are all very professional and give clear regular updates and advice. I have just sold the property and could not be more pleased. I would recommend unreservedly to other sellers.

Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We completed the sale of my parents’ house today and I cannot recommend Platform Property highly enough. This was a probate sale, and Platform took over after several unsuccessful months with a previous estate agent. They were proactive in getting in touch as the exclusive arrangement was coming to an end and made a strong, credible case for the quality of their service, which they fully lived up to. Despite a very challenging market, they generated over 20 viewings during the time the property was listed and guided us through a smooth and painless completion process. Communication throughout was excellent. We received prompt, detailed feedback after every viewing and always felt well informed at each stage. They also helpfully recommended a variety of different solicitors, and on the strength of their service we were happy to follow that recommendation. Customer care was consistently excellent: responsive, thorough and genuinely helpful. We are delighted with the outcome and very grateful for their professionalism and support throughout what could have been a difficult process.

Neve and Caitlin were always clear, prompt, and incredibly informative. I was kept updated at every stage and never felt out of the loop. They took great care in vetting potential tenants, which gave me complete peace of mind that the right people were moving into our home. We had already moved out when the property was on the market and Mark and the team were able to assist with preparing the property for the new tenants, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
