22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)They were excellent during our recent purchase of our dream house! We were looking for almost 2 years and we’re shown round a lot of properties by wards and I found the staff honest and they really understood what we needed especially Anne who showed us round a few properties and was able to give us good advice and reassurance as first time buyers. Once we eventually found our forever home (which we we‘re shown round by another lovely young lady although I forget her name) the process was smooth and very well managed and Anne was constant contact through the process and even phoned a few weeks later to ensure we were happy and settling in well! Thank you wards and your lovely staff!!

18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

Every question, viewing and phone call was sorted quickly, which gave us confidence throughout the whole process. The house buying process was smooth and we believe she was a huge part of that. Thanks?? we would recommend this agency to friends/family.

He has a detailed knowledge of the Joydens wood area. He gave very good, honest advice around the selling price. His team are responsive and friendly. They are all very professional and give clear regular updates and advice. I have just sold the property and could not be more pleased. I would recommend unreservedly to other sellers.

10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)We chose to use Local Agent to sell our property on a recommendation from a friend who also used them. Paul Hately and his team were excellent. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

So glad we choose Freeman and Gray to sell our house, the house was put on the market very quickly and efficiently as we had already found a property we wanted to buy. Photos taken placed online, Brillant images taken and videos. The house was sold within a few weeks, and the progress started getting further along quickly, not only did they do this , the excellent care and service we have received from the team especially Jason he is a absolute star ! He answered every question, phone calls , messages, and help and advice was shared from his amazing knowledge. He went way and beyond his role, He helped me and my buyer when we had issues , resolved everything is a efficient time frame, and reassured us and keep us positive along the way ! As we had a few ups and downs throughout the process, like most people as this not unusual. But he had answers and solutions to everything Jason was always reassuring,positive and always there no matter what the issue may of been. He made it all alot easier took the stressful part away , it can all very become overwhelming but he made sure the process run as smoothly as possible.

Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!

They were professional, proactive, and clearly knew the local rental market extremely well. Within a short time, they secured a reliable tenant who met all my requirements, and the whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. They made the entire process stress-free, from marketing the property to referencing and final paperwork, everything was managed seamlessly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property. Truly a 5-star service, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Buying and selling a house or flat is a stressful affair so you need a good estate agent. Holly at Anthony Martin wasn’t just good, she was great. Always keping us updated .. she chivvied and chased solicitors, surveyors, mortgage companies (yes they all need it!) with the aim of getting the deal over the line asap, which is what we all want. As sellers, we felt Holly and Anthony Martin always had our best interests at heart. Looking back on the sale of our flat, we made such a good decison to go with Anthony Martin.
23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)The experience of finding the flat and securing the contract was great! Shemya was super responsive and answered all my questions. She helped fast?track things so I could move in before a big trip, which was very much appreciated. Because of the rush, though, when I moved in the flat still had unwanted furniture and was dirty (which wasn’t the agency’s fault, but due to a non?compliant previous tenant). That said, they were very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to remove the furniture, allowing me to move in just a couple of hours later. Would give five stars, but I’ve currently been waiting over three weeks for a faulty dripping tap to be fixed with no response so far, so still waiting to see how the management side actually is.
