All the staff in the Arnold office also were a pleasure to work with . Kerry was reassuring , nothing was too much trouble, she returned calls and followed up on enquiries. I hadn't sold a property for over 25 years so I needed someone who would guide me and David James certainly did this . I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you ????

Especially in the last few months when we finally moved towards completion. Laura kept us going ensuring we were always up to date and worked hard in the back ground ensuring everything was ticking along as it should be - reducing any worries everyday. It’s been a pleasure to work with Laura - as well as Paul too and the rest of the team. Very professional, efficient, trust worthy and so helpful along the way. Would absolutely recommend! Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Moved from Kent to Newark WH Brown were the Estate Agents for the Newark property so we weren’t paying them. We had a positive experience with good communication from Poppy, India and Tiffany especially when there were delays at the top of the chain. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and I did call a lot.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
