3rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Hannells have been highly efficient and shown that their experience was been instrumental in pitching the price at the right level. The property sold within days and very close to the asking price/market evaluation.
14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)My father in law had instructed solicitors having had an offer accepted in July 2025 (house sold stc) on a property through Saxton Mee. Two weeks into the sale process he was informed he had been gazumped and another offer put to the seller that was £10k higher. How disappointing that in the modern age Saxton Mee appear to have no safeguards or policies to protect buyers against this unethical practice. Could not in good conscience recommend to any buyer. Edited to add: In view of the response from Saxton Mee below I have emailed as requested and provided the relevant details to allow them to corroborate that this review was not left in error and relates specifically to Saxton Mee’s Hathersage branch.

Olivia was very responsive during the whole process and helped to chase the process through with the buyers’. However, the valuation I was given was too high and I was forced to reduce the price to get a sale.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!

9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)As executors for our late Aunt we chose to use Dales and Peaks to sell our Aunt’s holiday cottage. From the initial and occasional contact with Hannah and the more regular contact with Jayden and other members of staff, Dales and Peaks we’re there to ensure a smooth sale. We live over an hour away from the property being sold so Dales and Peaks were happy to have a set of keys to conduct viewings and any other visits necessary as part of the sales process. We would definitely recommend Dales and Peaks and we thank them for their excellent service.

10th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT.FOUND ONE IN PADFIELD,VIDEO WAS FORGOTTEN,EXCUSE,WE ARE HUMAN. APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!
3rd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Positivity shines through from all the staff at Buckley Brown. The customer comes first and they provide knowledgeable information. Someone is always at the end of the phone to offer guidance or reassurance. The staff who came to the house to value/take photos/show people around treated my property with respect. Having lived here happily for many years, they helped me find the right people to love it when I have moved to my new adventure.
