6th May 2026 (2 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Claudia and Eden throughout the whole letting process. From start to finish, they were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They kept me consistently informed at every stage, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and clearly. Their communication was excellent, and it felt like they actually cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me, not just getting things done. I always knew where I stood, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d highly recommend Claudia and Eden to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive lettings team.

14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

She kept us well informed and went out of her way to make sure everything moved forward smoothly. Unfortunately, communication with some other members of the team was less consistent and it could sometimes be difficult to get updates, but Carol’s support and professionalism made a real difference and ensured everything was ultimately resolved.- 20th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)As a first time renter Evelyn was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. 18th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)We have recently sold our late parents house with Buckley Brown. It was a very stressful and emotional time but the team at Buckley Brown helped us through it. They guided us through the whole journey with kindness and patience. We had weekly phone updates throughout the process. They definitely took the pressure away from us. We trusted them with keys and alarm codes to the property for viewing purposes and they always left the property secure. Debbie from the sales progression team was extremely helpful and I looked forward to her friendly chats. Many thanks.

All of the team have been so helpful and Molly has been excellent with keeping in touch and any help that I have needed. I would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to sell their property.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Upon making the huge decision to sell our family home we contacted a local estate agent in Tamworth who were useless. They over priced our house so that all the properties around ours were selling but not ours, they didn't market the sale enough or keep in touch with us. Then we found Bairstow Eves !!! My word what a difference from day one !!!! All the staff are incredible, I can't recommend them enough! But it was Kelly who blew me away , she was totally on the ball absolutely 100% committed to selling our house and always updating us regularly on the journey. Kelly activity sought out buyers & she had more viewers attend our house in one week than the previous estate agent had in 3 months. Kelly was on hand all the time for calls & responded to emails immediately. Kelly went above and beyond to reassure us and smooth the journey, being professional & friendly at all times . It's a big deal to sell a house, with all the legal procedures & processes but Kelly and all the staff at Bairstow Eves were there all the way to the last minute. Fantastic service. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how they took the time to talk us through every step of the process and made sure we fully understood what was happening at each stage. They were always responsive, quick to answer any questions we had, and consistently chased things up on our behalf to keep everything moving along smoothly. Their support made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. 22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!
1st May 2026 (7 days ago)They pushed me to sell a property within their estate agency when they were on A6,then they sold it for far far more than i got( ok,they have refurbished it) but it was an inside job.So make sure they don't do this to you.

21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Bridgefords were recommended by a friend, as they sold her house quickly. Initially we got an amazing introduction, we were impressed by the young man's hard sell if you like. They however, in 6 months got 3 viewers and didnt communicate very well. We had to get another agent who also gave an amazing introduction, but we have had 6 or so viewers with them and they send someone to show the viewers around who has amazing knowledge of the area and house. Not really had a lot of feedback from them really but they do communicate with me at least twice a month. I'm so disappointed as we want to downsize and retire.
