She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. As many people experience, there were plenty of twists and turns all the way through the process, but each and every time Laura went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Unlike another company we were trying to apply for a house with frank innes well more so Amber swain made our aplication process quick and easy and within a week we are moving into our new home. She really listened to what I was looking for, kept me updated throughout, and went above and beyond to find me a great property at a very good value. Her professionalism, honesty, and friendly approach made a huge difference, and I felt supported and well-informed. I couldn’t recommend Chelsee highly enough to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and delivers excellent results.

2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a valuation done on our home. I was very impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. The packages blundells had available sounded great. Unfortunately we decided not to sell our house. However we have still decided to use blundells for our mortgage. Micheal has been extremely helpful and factual and patient when it has come to us making our decisions. The lady who helped arrange the valuation I think her name was sarah? She was also lovely to speak to. If we do decide to sell in future, we will be using blundells.- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We have a great experience renting through Frank Innes, especially Lilya and Gemma . As first time renters we were nervous about how complicated the process was going to be however, Lilya was supportive and responsive throughout the whole process and was always happy to reply to emails quickly and efficiently. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. We can’t thank them enough!

Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish, and arranging access was very straightforward, thanks to Marie for coordinating everything so smoothly. Pete, who attended, replaced the dripping tap with a new one and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service overall, highly recommend!

Sarah O’Brien performed the valuation and I appreciated the information she had preprepared and advice she gave. Her approach was the deciding factor in why I chose A Wilson. I was lucky in that my sale was swift and straightforward and I found everyone in the office including Sarah Connolly extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I had need to call my query was dealt with and followed up, communication was brilliant and they kept the process moving. I found everyone very efficient and they did everything I needed very quickly. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and quick. I would recommend A Wilson to anyone selling their home and I am very happy with my decision to use them.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and every single person on the team we interacted with were highly responsive, approachable and professional. Their concept to selling houses is transparent, the app they use to track the sale and purchase of properties was intuitive and the team made the whole experience hassle free and straight forward.
