17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)I had a really great experience with Bagshaws Residential Mickleover, especially working with Richard Gulley. From start to finish, Richard made the whole process feel incredibly easy and stress-free. I didn’t have much prior knowledge about how mortgages work, whereas my wife (who is a conveyancer) already understood a lot—but Richard still took the time to explain everything clearly to me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and concerns without hesitation and really went above and beyond to make what could have been a daunting experience feel simple and straightforward. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Richard enough—I’ll definitely be pointing any friends and family his way if they’re looking for a mortgage advisor!

He went into great detail explaining the process and how it would proceed. Jess and Reo came out to view and get a feel of the properties lay out ready for possible buyers. I received weekly updates throughout after agreeing for Bairstow Eves help sell my property. They were both pleasant, friendly and professional in their duties and any advice or help I needed. My house sale was completed on 10th February 2026 and I have been very happy with all their help in the process. Great team. Thank you Kind regards, Paul

The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. They're always proactively selling your property to those on their records and professional with those that make contact directly. My wife and I would highly recommend using the Hazel Grove office which is structured to sell efficiently with a team working together through every stage of the process.
26th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

Communication was clear and timely, and they always made sure we understood what was happening. They marketed the property effectively, arranged viewings efficiently, and kept us updated with honest feedback. We especially appreciated their friendly approach and willingness to go the extra mile many of times to ensure everything progressed smoothly as possible.
