lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.... I could not recommend Chatt Estates enough. From meeting Peter and Rennick at the start I felt very looked after. Alex took over the handling once the property was being viewed and under offer and I am not sure I have the words to explain how amazing she is. During a very stressful time of my life she always went the extra mile. She was kind and understanding and helped make the selling of the family home about as easy as it could be. Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!... Read more
