31st Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through Fulfords. I found them professional and easy to deal with. In particular Harry Copping went the extra mile to get answers to our queries in order to reassure us at a very stressful time. One suggestion - it would be helpful if, when staff are away on leave, they could have an auto-reply to that effect on their email to stop us waiting unnecessarily for a response. That said, we would recommend Fulfords and to Harry in particular - thank you so much for all your help.- 6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Excellent service from the team at fulfords when selling our house. Friendly, professional and clearly know their business. Mica was especially brilliant. Always there if I needed her, always got back to me if I left a message. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home.
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Sims Williams took really great care of us - even though they were not the estate agents who sold our house (they managed the vendors of the house we were buying). My wife and I were really impressed with their excellent customer service - they fought our corner and were always happy to update us on latest of our very long chain. Our house move took a little while to go through owing to the people in chain and solicitors (etc) and Sims Williams were great throughout the process. I would recommend their team to anyone looking to sell (or even buy) in Chichester and the surrounding areas.

Communication was clear throughout, and the team were always responsive, supportive and proactive. What could have been a stressful process was managed smoothly, with genuine care and expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them
10th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.

Attention to detail was there at all times, and they, unlike others, knew what they were selling, were informative and helpful. Connor ensured the process was as it should be, and was ready to assist when needed. The rest of the team were also very helpful and professional.

7th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)After a difficult experience with another local estate agent, Bradley’s stepped in and guided me through the successful sale of my property. At one stage, it even looked like the sale might need to go through my previous agents, but Bradley’s continued to put my best interests first - offering honest advice that could have cost them their own commission. I can’t recommend Isaac, Kelly, and the entire Bradley’s team highly enough for their professionalism, integrity, and support throughout the process.

Nancy and Luke have been incredibly helpful, and Nancy in particular was able to utilize her network to find a buyer for my property incredibly quickly. The team go above and beyond to support, providing expert advice, professionalism and market knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for both buying and selling property.

5th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)After my mother passed away we had to sell her house. I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
