Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home. They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome. I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service. I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders. I can’t thank everyone at Brown&Merry Tring enough for taking property matters to the next level.

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Kayleigh at Taylor’s Dunstable was excellent to deal with during a recent property purchase. The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe. Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

Rob, couldn’t have done more to ensure everything progressed as much as possible. We couldn’t have done it without his help. We would happily recommend buying a property from Michael Graham and if we ever sold our house we know where we would go!
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds
1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Recently had two viewings with Kelly Endean from Tim Russ in Wendover, she was so accommodating when I had issues finding the property (which was quite stressful from my perspective!). Kelly was informative when viewing two the properties but balanced with not being overpowering which can often be the case. Overall, having viewed many properties recently, my experience with Tim Russ was definitely better than others.

17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.
2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Simone has been very helpful throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about both the property and the local area, always responsive, polite, and punctual for viewings. She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated. We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)

The whole experience was very professionally handled, communication was great and everything was calmly and efficiently dealt with. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am so happy with the service I received from all of the staff at ‘Love Homes’ All staff went above and beyond which turned out to be a very long process, they not only done their job fantastically, they also played a key part in other departments right up until handover. It means a lot when you get the sense of people caring, and taking pride in their profession…be proud of yourselves and thank you so much for all your efforts along the way.

31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely unacceptable service. We had a property viewing confirmed and arranged, only for the agency to cancel ONE HOUR before the scheduled time. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. People plan their day around viewings — cancelling at the last minute like this is careless and disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential clients at the very first interaction, I can’t imagine how they handle actual tenants or buyers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this agency.
