Adams advice on the selling price, marketing strategy and offers has been excellent and a true testiment to his knowldge. I get a very personal service you can only find in an Independent agency. The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

16th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)Our tenancy was years ago, but I came across some old correspondence and realised I should leave a warning for others. Renting through Apple Estates was a nightmare. Key issues included: Being deliberately misled that a bathroom was ours when it belonged to the shop next door. The shopkeeper letting strangers into our home daily to use the facilities, resulting in a complete loss of privacy and security. The property being dangerously unsafe, including shutters that would lock us in without another fire exit. Critical repairs being ignored for weeks. Would very, very strongly advise against using this agency.
7th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)Darren was the person my brother and I dealt with. His customer service was outstanding we finalised the sale of my mother’s property very smoothly. What my brother and I loved about Darren was he constantly kept in touch with us, contacted the solicitors regularly. We completed the sale very quickly. Hunters are very lucky to have such a good person working for them, I would recommend Hunters/Darren to anyone who is selling there house A big thank you from Keith and Kay

15th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lords Estates came highly recommended to me by a number of people who have bought and sold property via Lords, so I didn't hesitate to sell through them. I was so grateful for the personal touch they offer, keeping me informed all the way and having my best interests at heart. They made sure that I was happy with proceedings at every stage, only giving me advice when I asked. After the sale went live, I was bombarded with letters from other Estate Agents, which only confirmed to me even more that I had made the right choice! It seems that even Solicitors are impressed by the dedication and care which Lords Estate offer their clients, which speaks volumes in their favour. I was also pleasantly surprised at the fee they charge, especially considering all the work they've done on my behalf. I have already recommended them further and can only wish the company further success!

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.
1st Apr 2025 (11 mo. ago)We sold our house in Cheltenham and bought our new home here in Burnham on Sea. Most of our communication was with Louise. Louise was very helpful throughout the purchase, her knowledge of the area was 2nd to none. I woukd definitely recommend Berrymans Estate Agent and IF we moved again I woukd definitely use them to sell my property. Thank you Louise and also Jack for introducing us to our new home ???? ???? ??????????

17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. After agreeing to all terms, we proceeded exactly as instructed and even gave notice at our current home because the agency confirmed the deal was final. Then, at the last minute, they flipped the decision without any reasonable explanation. Their lack of responsibility has now left us in an extremely stressful situation. We trusted their word, made major life decisions based on their confirmation, and they showed zero professionalism or accountability. If you value your time, stability, and honest communication, avoid this agency. They made commitments, we acted on them, and they completely backed out—one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average
