There were a few bumps along the road with the legal process, but Cathy in the sales progression team was constantly on the ball, chasing everyone and making sure we completed before Christmas. 18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

Jay makes sure that he responds and attends to any questions/concerns we may have even outside of their office hours. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending RelocateME to our friends. From the beginning, they were very professional, friendly, and supportive. Whenever any issue appeared, Rameez was always ready to help and made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Thanks to their effort and dedication, the whole process went perfectly, and we felt well taken care of at every step. I highly recommend Century 21 Barking & Dagenham to anyone looking to rent a property their service and customer care are truly outstanding.

From day one it was obvious how seriously he takes his work — professional, always on top of the details, and genuinely passionate about his job. He was the lynchpin in ensuring the process ran smoothly and acted as an amazing bridge between us and the buyers. I could (and did) pick up the phone to him and he would be able to offer clear guidance and practical solutions efficiently and effectively. It was pleasure from start to finish. Jill Parry was also absolutely excellent and really came through in unlocking the transaction. The whole team around Abidul and Jill were also very impressive and kept everything moving seamlessly. 13th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Jaspal was particularly helpful, communicating constantly throughout the purchasing process. When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!
17th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)We used Chas Lowe 23 years ago to buy our current home. This time we are selling and, after a recommendation from a friend, instructed a much bigger local firm and really regretted it. After 10 months on the market with 5 offers but no exchange we decided to change agents and use Chas Lowe again. We instantly knew it was the right decision. These men know what they are doing. They know the area and they have a positive, no nonsense attitude which I much prefer to the usual cowboy estate agents. We dealt mainly with James for the viewings and Anthony for all of the after sales stuff( which I had no idea could be so lengthy and tricky- dealing with very particular buyers). Anybody can show potential buyers around your home and get them to like it. The staff in this office actually get the job done and keep you informed at all times-coming up with good ideas and different strategies along the way. I would never mess around with any other firms. Go straight to Chas Lowe. You will be glad that you did.

21st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Rented from these folks for about 9 1/2 years. Loved the property managers, never had any problems until landlords hiked the rent in 2023 and wouldn’t negotiate. Length of communication silence meant the agency left me with about two weeks to move out and sent several insistent emails saying I had to vacate the premises in that period, which was rough after such a long tenancy and isn’t in keeping with what tenants are actually legally able to do. I was eventually able to get a small lease extension and moved, but it really felt dreadful to be treated that way as a long-time client.

He took the time to listen, offered clear advice, and made sure every detail was handled perfectly. What really stood out was Ali’s commitment and work ethic. He was always available to answer questions, kept us fully informed at every stage, and proactively solved any issues before they became problems. His negotiation skills were excellent, and he worked tirelessly to secure the best possible result. Ali made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and efficient. His attention to detail, transparency, and genuine care for his clients are rare to find.
