31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)after the property i was originally going to rent fell through at the last minute i found a property with bagshaws uttoxeter, fell in love with it met alice for the viewing who was lovely, i explained that i was down on timing and i needed a fast turnaround, in a week i had viewed, been referenced and had arranged to collect the keys. Alice was great , friendly and kept me in the loop with all that was happening to ensure everything went smoothly and quick which was ideal. really great and stress free experience would 100% recommend

Our property was listed on the Friday afternoon, with viewings arranged for the Monday and under offer that very same day. The whole transaction was entirely smooth and hassle free and completed in less than two weeks!
