We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

She made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which I truly appreciated.<br>Thank you for such a positive experience. Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I got in touch with King and Chasemore as it looked like my purchase was about to fall through 11 days before completion and I would need to rent somewhere at very short notice.<br><br>I spoke with Jack about a particular property and he understood the situation and was incredibly helpful and proactive in setting up viewings and locating other suitable properties.<br><br>In this instance, my purchase was salvaged and I didn't need to rent somewhere but the speed at which Jack reacted and the help he offered went a very long way and impressed me to the point I will recommend this company to anyone and will certainly involve them in future property transactions myself.

In fact, all the team are exceptional.<br>From start to finish, they were attentive, realistic, professional and true to their word.<br><br>That they were all friendly, and could add a personal touch, was a delightful surprise.<br><br>Buying and selling property is notoriously stressful.<br>James and James made it easy.

He was friendly and understanding about what I wanted in my first home.<br><br>He answered all my questions on our initial meeting and throughout the process.<br><br>As I was a first time buyer, I was not sure on the processes of getting a mortgage advisor, solicitors and surveyors.<br><br>Tailor James recommended us a mortgage advisor, solicitors and Surveyors, and guided us again throughout these processes.<br><br>If you want personal and bespoke service when buying your home. I could not recommend Jimmy and Tailor James more.<br><br>His attentive nature and passion, made buying my first home less stressful.
