The workers are caring and have high integrity when it comes to giving advice and sorting out tenancy related issues. 23rd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Ever since being a tenant in my current accommodation nearing 6 years I have nothing bad to say. Very reassuring from the get go, as a nervous, unsure 1st time tenant. Have helped guide myself, struck great communication on behalf of myself with my landlady. Nothing is ever a problem either if something needs to be done.

I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

If you like to rent, buy or sell a property, choose Haymills agency , because the waiting time to process the documents is very short and any issues are very quickly resolved.

It ended up me taking the property (despite having an interested buyer) completely off the market. It left me and my property feeling totally unworthy. Very unhappy with Haarts tactics.

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

4th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)This home as a whole from Domestic, Kitchen, Maintenance, Carers, Nurses, Team Leaders, Activities to Management are focusing and doing their best for their Residents and Residents Families and Friends whilst Staff are showing respect to each other and being supportive as much as they can. It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. 21st Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)Ruth is a rare find - an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and all round good estate agent. Although I decided to postpone my sale for a while, Ruth found me prospective buyers straight away. When I am ready to go I will be calling Ruth straight away!
4th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I know that Aqeel kindly showed me the property and tried to help me with the contract. However, I would like to leave a review about the agency itself. They asked me to pay a deposit in order to run a reference check, but a few days later I was declined. It has now been three weeks and I still haven’t received my money back. The agency keeps saying they have contacted their accounting team and that the refund will be made soon, but I am considering whether I need to take legal action. I don’t understand why it takes so long to return a deposit after a rejection, and I believe this is a process the agency must fix. On top of that, because Aqeel told me the landlord would likely approve, I did not make an offer elsewhere and ended up losing that opportunity as well. Please don’t make the same mistake I did,do not pay a deposit right away. First confirm that the landlord has accepted the conditions before making any payment.
