16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)After getting 3 agents round who all said pretty much the same thing we decided to go with the professional ism of Fisk Harriet was pleasant and new her stuff she was always in touch, we had viewings within a couple of days and managed to sell the house in 3 weeks to the first viewers I would recommend Fist

Jon, Joe and Sophie were all extremely helpful and friendly. I felt their communication was excellent and nothing seemed to much trouble. Also very accommodating and helpful on Completion day too. Thanks to all and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

15th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands. Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged. She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way. I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel. The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill. Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!

She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and we are so grateful for her dedication and hard work! A big thank you as well to Adam Brittain, Senior Property Advisor, whose knowledge, guidance, and professionalism made such a difference. He was always helpful and reassuring throughout the journey. They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Useless. They asked me to call a plumber myself when the boiler in our rental unit failed, being just one of many failures we experienced throughout our time there. Currently having to take a landlord they work with to court due to deposit claims, which has only happened because they delayed issuing returns until just after the deadline meaning the free process wasn't available to us, couple this with mistakes in basic maths and misrepresentation of facts paints a very clear painting of a company that's don't know what they're doing. Stay well clear. In response to your follow up, the email in question is from 19/02/2024 from Harvey Simpkins after a phone call. You as real estate agents if you choose to stand by and represent these landlords then this is very much a reflection of your company and values.

25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Avoid - rude, dishonest, would not trust as either a buyer or seller Signed up in person summer 2025 as a buyer. No info sent through in months. In December sent multiple requests via Zoopla for a viewing of one of their properties. No reply. Called main office. Finally get one email to arrange viewing; I reply six times and nothing. Physically go into office March 2026 (house is still on market / unsold) and get patronised rudely by a team member - "we couldn't prioritise you as a viewer" "this is how markets work" (thanks I've bought & sold two places before). Told me they'd book me in for viewing; no follow up. It's pretty clear they overprice houses that they don't sell - this one is still on the market as of end April 26 (it was reduced a full six months ago) which was confirmed by friends who live locally "avoid them, terrible reputation". I wouldn't want to partner with such poorly organised / low integrity agents to sell my place, or want to work with them on buying somewhere.
