Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased.
