6th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Not impressed at all. They cancelled 2 viewings that I had agreed with them. A very lame excuse was made for the first cancellation but they just cancelled the second viewing without giving me a reason. I wonder if they told their clients who had instructed them to try and sell their property for them, that they were turning down viewings from prospective purchasers!!

Rob is very attentive and keeps you in the loop, he has very good local knowledge too. Rob handled the sale of our house recently excellently and kept the buyers on board despite them having to wait a long time to complete. 17th Apr 2019 (7 years ago)I have used Martin Shell for my Energy Performance Certificate twice now, as very reasonably priced. On this occasion he has gone beyond his job by notifying me of a repair outside that I, nor my tenant noticed that I am now able to address. Thank you Martin.
22nd Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)You really need to look at or at least train whoever is answering your phone. I tried ringing today and the woman who answered just sounded so disinterested in life. I could barely hear her. She didn’t really care. She was pretty terrible to be honest and I wouldn’t ever use this company because of the first phone call I ever had which isn’t a great sign.
