Full marks to Tom Edmunds for staying with us all the way. He was always very professional and his hard work made it happen. Top man.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

1st Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Absolute cowboys ??????. Stay away from this shower. Plenty of other agencies out there who conduct business in a professional manner. This lot operate like their working out of a mate's garage. Comms is non-existent. Attitude and enthusiasm on the floor. Clearly all about the bottom line. I doubt they employ many people, and those they do are paid peanuts no doubt. Whereas I'm sure Mr Martin is very well off and maybe even some of his Co! It's simple really - AVOID.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)You don't sell a property very often and choosing an agent can seem like a bit of a lottery. We decided to entrust Peter Alan and we are so glad that we did. From the first call-back to the final 'your sale is complete' call, everyone at the Bridgend office were professional, friendly, considerate and focused on getting our property sold. The sale incurred a lot of other stresses but every interaction with Peter Alan was as low-stress and positive as they could be. Just an amazing team. Give them a call. Diolch or galon.- 17th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them. We had to call several times, and on some occasions, it felt as though calls were being ignored or even deliberately disconnected. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

- 27th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Excellent experience with Peter Alan. I recently moved multiple properties over to them and the entire process has been handled professionally from start to finish. It’s genuinely refreshing to deal with an estate agency that is organised, transparent, and clearly knows what they’re doing. A big thank you to Brian and Mellissa, who have been fantastic throughout! responsive, efficient, and always clear in their communication. Molly has also been great to deal with, and it’s obvious there’s a strong team behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. The difference in service compared to my previous agent has been night and day. Everything has been handled promptly and properly, without the confusion and lack of clarity I experienced before. Overall, a very positive experience and I would highly recommend Peter Alan to any landlord looking for a professional and reliable agency.
