From the start when I was hunting for properties, all the way to sealing the deal with the Solicitors - Joe at Allen and Harris Shawlands was brilliant. Personable, Knowledgeable and invested in getting me the property I wanted. Later days, Scott (I'm assuming the spelling) was on point, great communication and made the final steps as easy as can be.<br><br>Sincerely, thank you to the team at Shawlands.

18th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

Our house was on the market for just four days and sold on the very first day of viewings, before close of business. The team kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, with the office staff always on hand to provide updates and answer any questions — nothing was ever too much trouble. The level of professionalism, communication and efficiency was exceptional. We couldn’t recommend the Corum Hyndland Road branch highly enough. George & Ryan xx

27th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

If you ask them to do something they will come and do some patch work and then again every month you are just chasing them to do the maintenance. They will increase prices but do nothing to help the tenants. All they are looking at is how to squeeze out the money. Very dissatisfied with overall services. Not recommend for renters.

Sound, sensitive support and advice comprehensively offered on various aspects of the execution of one will. Overall, a responsive and courteous service and one I would trust at any time in the future. And at reasonable cost! It is now 4 years since Louise, now a Partner with the firm, offered advice on my will and that of my partner. That advice has proved invaluable, as has been the ongoing consistency of her advice as my circumstanes have seen small changes. A polite, courteous, unpressured approach through which her fast grasp of issues has shone through. This is a legal company I can unreservedly commend.
