3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We put our property on the market lasy year with RA Bennett & Partners in Dursley, after trying a Thornbury agent. We had viewings with both, but had an offer very quickly with RA Bennetts. The buyers were dedicated and stayed with what turned out to be a long & protracted sale of 8 months. The property itself was a grade 2 listed apartment. We were grateful & pleased that this agent kept us informed throughout & liaised with our buyers. The property was a special spacious & unique home that has a lovely feel with period features, given the age of it approx 400 years old. Our buyers saw the same as we did when we purchased it, and this agent market the property perfectly. Thank you to our agent who held our hand through the sale! 15th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Not at any point did I feel that I had chosen the wrong agent out of my choice of 3. From start to finish, I felt to have had such a professional, genuine, caring service. Selling the home that you have loved, with heart and soul for 25 years, is never easy, but with all the help and guidance I had along the way, from the recommendation of a great solicitor, a 'loft insulation' issue, to a few other hurdles, and quirks, Clive took it all in his stride, and achieved a great sale, to a really wonderful family. I could not be happier to recommend Sawyers more, for their genuine straight up attitudes, years of collective knowledge of the business, a very hard working team, and their overall care in general. 13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)After contacting the Lettings manager to inform her that my house that one had bought outright in 2002 was not be be re let after my criminal brother and his wife wanted to let it out and pocket the rental income . After requiring both the two keys back . This manageress refused to hand them back just because my criminal brother ( Mr David Harper ) had illegally submitted his own name onto the land registry site as the legal owner along with my other two properties . . . After explaining this dilemma to this ignorant woman it then cost me £240 to get both the back and front doors locks changed as she refused to hand over the keys to my own property. . The bottom line of it is is that the manageress was hoping and really thought that she was going to set up a rental agreement and pocket the commission for herself and was totally miffed when I found out what was going on and called a halt to this illegal activity . Not to mention the fact that Peter Allan would have been charged with money laundering if my house had been rented out without my knowledge etc ? So I did them a big favour in bringing them up on this fact. . This particular estate agents are corrupt and one would not recommend them to anyone . ????

15th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)Stewart was professional and understanding of what we wanted after having our house up for sale before with little interest. He knew how to sell and he did. Then Ben, he kept us up to date with viewings etc, such a fantastic team. There was a slight hold up near the end and Ben was not giving up, he made it that the day we were moving would not change. He went above and beyond to sort out some issues and was up early to do so….such commitment. The team have been fantastic from start to finish. Thank you all

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. 4th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)We sold our property at the end of April 2025 through Wilkinson SLM. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!!
