9th Apr 2026 (30 days ago)I used Rory from Connells as my mortgage broker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and definitely knows his onions. Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.

The whole process from start to finish was brilliant, from initial valuation to completion. The whole team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service!

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings

The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

From the moment we engaged with Atwell Martin, Calne to facilitate the sale of our property, both Ben and Stewart have been very much hands on and kept us informed every step of the way. It was a complicated sale as it was a small chain 'running alongside' a much larger one as we were buying a multi-generational property. Charlotte, Anthony, Annie and the team, despite having to deal with some very tricky circumstances, were extremely dedicated, professional and utterly determined to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible. Their positivity and desire to provide an excellent service was second to none and we would recommend them to anybody looking to sell. If we could give 10 stars, we would!!
