Chris, in particularly was very informative on different aspects of renting/tenants rights, fees etc. Really helpful to making a decision about moving. Now is not the right time but will definitely be looking at their website in around 4-5 months time. Restored faith in letting agents. Genuinely has a interest in working for the tenants as well as landlords

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Wards at Gravesend have been proactive and very enthusiastic in marketing my property with a particular shoutout to Adam but also to other team members on the viewings and marketing team. Adam stayed in contact constantly by phone and provided updates and has been the real fee earner for Wards so far. The sale process is still ongoing so I cannot provide a full review of the rest of the process. One thing to note is emails go unanswered so it’s best to call. And if you get the call centre don’t wait for a callback which might not come just call again later.

He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted.
