He made sure to accommodate our needs. The rest of the team were also great at supporting Harry when he was not available. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires an estate agent that has empathy, uses intuition and has great knowledge of the local market

The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Amazing, kind and warm, stayed on top of all the maintenance issues during the tenancy and released my full security deposit in no time after the tenancy (even after some minor wear and tear in the walls due to hanging pictures and having the bed frame hanging against the wall) I'm very appreciated!!

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. What could have been a difficult experience was made easier by feeling able to ask lots of questions without judgement. Jess in particular helped me through to completion once an offer was made. She was always happy to help and kept me informed.

30th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I called on Friday to view a property to rent in warley for Saturday afternoon, I called 2.5 hours before to confirm the booking which was fine apparently, so I drove over an hour out of London to go see the property. Then 1 hour before my appointment I was called to be told that the agent was running late and if I’d be able to push my appointment back by one hour. Annoying, but fine so went and had a coffee in town, then drove back to the property and just 7 minutes before my appointment I was told that they’d no longer be able to show me the property today at all. I was absolutely furious but was assured I’d get a call first thing Monday to be shown around the property, surprise surprise no call at all. Extremely unprofessional and definitely wouldn’t recommend.
27th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
