15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)Very poor experience with Will @ Marsh & Parsons.<br>Low balled on price and then agency had the gall to change agents halfway through. Will's Communication as new agent was consistently bad: emails ignored, minimal updates about significance of isues faced, thry had a complete breakdown in their relationship with my tenant, I had to chase constantly with no responses.<br>Marketing was also misleading: poor photos with bad angles (despite feedback), making a king bedroom look like a single, and key areas like the bathroom weren’t shown. They also repeatedly refused to correct an incorrect address listing (shown as a main road), which hurt enquiries significantrly. Claimed they couldnt fix but easily solved by another agent. Marketed aggressively as BTL property in listing despite agreeing to target FTBs?!<br>A call to request updates was horrendous: defensive, dismissive tone, constant interruptions, no clear next steps, and refusal to take responsibility for the lack of communication - talked over constantly and threatened to hang up when asked for next steps rather than aggro. Blamed everything on tenant (and then even myself as vendor!) rather than offering what to do. So aggressive and sexist I actually made a complaint.<br>Overall, unprofessional from start to finish. Could not secure even one viewing over 3 months. Would not recommend.

We were relocating from Dublin to London in January 2026, which could have been a stressful process, but Manuel made everything feel straightforward and hassle-free from start to finish.<br><br>He was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our search. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, kept us informed at every stage, and was always available to answer our questions. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail made a real difference, and he helped us secure a place that we’re really happy with.<br><br>Moving to a new city is a big step, but Manuel made the entire renting process as smooth and easy as possible. We really appreciated his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property in London. Thank you again, Manuel!
17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Working with Jean was incredible. She made the flat search process super easy and quick, and I was able to find the perfect flat for me within a matter of a couple of days. She put in so much effort into helping answer all my questions and showing me around the flat, and I really appreciated her warm energy and support throughout the process (especially as someone moving to London from abroad). Having had experience with other agents and other companies, no one matched the level of effort I felt that Jean put in to helping me! I’m so grateful for the kindness and work she put into supporting me, and I would definitely recommend her and Foxtons to anyone looking for a flat in London!

Samara did an absolute amazing job keeping me updated constantly, as an International Seller having a person like Samara is vital for everything to go to plan smoothly. From day one she was on top of everything, extremely helpful and went to great lengths. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)If all estate agents had the high bar of professionalism like Emma Mackie, selling and buying would be exciting and stress free. I had left London after living in the wonderful city for 5 decades and moved to West Sussex. Having lived in this part of the world for just over two years, I realised that it was a mistake. I decided to put my property for sale with a local agent and move back to London. Which meant I was going to London regularly to view properties. I had heard of Horton & Garton and and started looking at their properties for sale on their website. I knew instinctively that I would find the perfect home through them but specially once I had met Emma - we just connected and she emitted a very professional aura and yet weaved into it was warmth, knowledge, and someone who knew her field inside out. I had a viewing arranged but the person who was going to take me to see the property was out of the office (I had arrived early) and it was a blustery wet grey day and as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Emma with such warmth and made so welcome.<br><br>Unfortunately as my property has not sold I have decided to stay put - but one thing I knew from the very first moment that I met Emma that,she would be the one to find me the right property for me.
15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)? Avoid — recurring leak left unresolved for months<br><br>We are a landlord whose flat sits below a property managed by this agent. Water has repeatedly leaked from the flat above into ours, damaging our ceiling and floor — most recently right after we completed a full refurbishment.<br><br>This has been reported on numerous occasions. Each time we were told it was fixed, and each time the leak returned, which tells us it has never been properly repaired. We are also concerned about the living conditions of the tenants in the flat above.<br><br>Our dealings with Jebin Raja on this matter have been disappointing — reports have not led to a lasting fix, and the lack of follow-through has been frustrating to deal with. We have now escalated to the Property Ombudsman and the local council.<br><br>If you’re considering this agent, we’d urge caution based on our experience.

They told us they would find someone to rent our flat within 3 weeks and they delivered. We were a bit nervous after week two but Emanuel Tawiah put the extra work, worked above and beyond and deliver as promised. Special mention to him on top of the rest of the team.<br>The agency was very flexible, Sam the manager listened to our concern and worked with us.<br>We do recommend the agency!- 2nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I recently secured an apartment to rent in London through Foxtons, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As I live around 2.5 hours away, a clear and honest video viewing was really important. Many agents I contacted were either slow, vague, or failed to show key details properly, but Amir and Jamal were completely different. The video was transparent, showing the property, access, street, parking, and residential setting clearly. Communication was quick, professional, and straightforward throughout. Amir and Jamal gave clear guidance, helped move the application along quickly, and made what is usually a very stressful rental search feel much easier. Really impressed with the service; clear, upfront, and reliable. Thank you to Amir and Jamal for making the process so smooth.

My experience with a staff member at the Pinner branch was awful, very rude and impolite whereas Aimee made the process easy and was very polite, answering any queries we had. Thank you
