16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I am the leaseholder of 41 Textile Building which has been managed by Stirling Ackroyd since April 2026. The first property manager left a mess and has thankfully moved on. Annaliese Bimpong has recently taken over and has done a brilliant job of dealing with the issues that were left behind and liaising with the tenant.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. Whether you are home owner or would-be tenant I highly recommend you stay away from Olav. Highly unprofessional and rarely contactable even in emergencies. I was a tenant and by the end of my tenancy even my landlord decided to drop this agency and handle things himself.

Aston in particular went above and beyond, he was professional and friendly right from the start and through the whole process, he always kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions, and the good communication made it stress free. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to rent in London!

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.<br><br>Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

Buying property is always stressful and ends up taking longer than anyone expects, but Rebecca was incredibly helpful through the process, provided great advice, I think did an excellent job of looking out for our interests, and was without a doubt the most responsive agent with whom I have ever worked. Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I could not recommend her highly enough.
