I’ve appreciated his guidance and communication and am a bit sad to read other negative comments as they are in stark contrast to our own experience. I would highly recommend.

3rd Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)I live next to a property this agency lets, and they have let it get to rack and ruin, and despite the broken fence which was a break-in, and they promised they would repair it - they never did. They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...
5th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Initially, when I first checked in, I had a terrible experience as the flat was not cleaned/prepared for my arrival up to the standard expected at all. However, Mubashir worked with me to solve all the issues, was super helpful and responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved on time. Since he took over, communication has been handled appropriately and it's been a pleasant experience so far

Our home sale was long and complicated process (our previous solicitor had made some mistakes in our paperwork that we had to fix) - but Billy guided both us and the buyers through every step with patience and skill, answering questions, easing tensions, and keeping things moving forward. He genuinely cared about how we were feeling throughout the process, not just the paperwork, and that care is what earned our trust completely. Thanks to his strategy and hard work, we received multiple offers and sold above asking price. We're convinced this sale wouldn't have gone nearly as smoothly, or as successfully, without him. If you want an agent who is as attentive as he is effective, Billy is the one to call!
