5th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I got worst experience from the property Landlord. It is listed in your page. I am not fake. You came for taking the pictures of the property. After the day they didn't like the pictures because I was living and my stuff was there. They came again they were blaming me the flat was messy. But it wasn't. Worst experience ever. I will not recommend. The flat I got was not even cleaned. And demanding from me a deep cleaning. Now the prices are fluctuating after no one is taking.
28th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Both Caron at the office and Charlie (who showed us round the property) have been wonderful in their approach. Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Found that viewing were being booked but some never showed, offers were being made but always mysteriously disappear or are not chased back. Just lost confidence completely. The feedback was vague also.

They are extremely reliable and always on the other end of the phone/email when needed. I know a few of my friends have also used this agent and have the same feedback. Thanks again :)
14th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Inefficient and unprofessional. As a landlord I was not provided with any documentation or invoices for the last two years that they managed my properties. I reviewed them in 2017 when the service they offered was good following the deterioration of service, which commenced in 2020, I have requested numerous times that they remove that review as it is no longer true. To date they have refused to do so hence necessitating this review. An example of their unprofessionalism. When I removed my properties from the agency I had to repeatedly request the return of the keys for those houses. Such is the small mindedness of the director, the keys were returned in one envelope with all identifying tags and anything holding the keys together removed. A large number of keys jumbled together. Avoid at all costs.

From the outset, the team were knowledgeable, communicative, and realistic in their guidance.<br><br>A particular mention must go to Andrew Cuckill, who was genuinely outstanding throughout. Andrew handled every stage with complete professionalism keeping me informed, managing expectations, and ensuring I felt confident at every step of what can be a daunting process. His expertise in the auction process was evident and his personal approach made a real difference.<br><br>I would not hesitate to recommend Aubrey Lee to anyone considering selling at auction. First-class service from start to finish.

As a remote landlord they were fantastic and it was also reassuring to hear the positive experience from my outgoing tenant. Big thank you!

6th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Following the successful completion of a particularly difficult sale of an industrial unit we would like to say WT Gunson provided an excellent service, their agent, Josh kept all parties informed and was tenacious when things began to derail. He managed to keep in touch with the buyer and ourselves to bring things to a successful conclusion. Thanks very much to Josh and the team. His recommendation of a solicitor was also appreciated.
26th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

We were given lots of advice and support when we were ready to advertise our property and the photos gave the best representation of our home. We went live on boxing day and after one day of viewing we had an over the asking price offer. Everything has run seamlessly and without issue. Tom was available to speak to whenever we needed clarification or advice.
