Buying process can be very stressful and James and Richard were very proactive in chasing seller and its lawyers. They also have Hammad as mortgage advisor who was also very helpful in Sorting my mortgage. I will recommend using Bridgeford Withington to every one and will not go elsewhere where myself. I want to thank Richard , James, Hammad , Millie and every one in team for their outstanding service.

I was selling my house after a bad rental experience due hugely to the Lettings Estate Agents, so I didn't have a lot of faith.<br><br>The process to sell was not all smooth, however what was different was the support and honest discussions I could have with both Daniel and Clare (Ellie was great too).<br><br>Thank you all, the sale completed yesterday and I have woke up feeling relief for the first time in 22 months!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I was buying a property, but there was a problem with the burglar alarm. He said it would be fixed before completion. We had a couple of conversations on the subject. The sale went through, the alarm was untouched. I confronted him with it. He denied our conversations had ever taken place. Eventually he gave me a token amount of money from his fee that was nowhere near the cost - the whole alarm system had to be replaced. Estate agents often face criticism regarding their integrity, but I've never had one lie to my face before. It was a first.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Please do not move in with this company. I was due to move in two months ago, and throughout the entire process I received no information whatsoever about the moving-in procedure. I emailed multiple times beforehand asking what I needed to do, but nobody responded.<br><br>When I finally arrived at the building, I was told I had to travel all the way to MediaCity to collect my keys, despite repeatedly asking in advance about the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems only got worse after moving in. There was black mould on my ceiling, which I reported immediately. Someone came out and simply painted over it, despite me explaining that there clearly appeared to be dampness or a leak causing the mould. My concerns were not properly investigated.<br><br>Just 26 days later, the black mould returned — around ten times worse. There is now an active leak in the ceiling directly above my bed. I reported this over a month ago and have emailed every seven days since, yet I have received no response whatsoever from the property management team.<br><br>I have also reported the issue through their reporting service and still have had no response. This is completely unacceptable. I am now becoming unwell and have had to miss significant amounts of work, while the management continue to fail to take the situation seriously.<br><br>I have now contacted Salford City Council to see if they can put pressure on the building management to address the leak, damp and mould.<br><br>Do not rent with this property. I ignored the warning signs and I deeply regret it. If you are considering moving here, please take these issues seriously and think very carefully before signing a contract.- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot thank Geraldine Marsden the most amazing move manager from Ryder & Dutton enough. Her incredible support throughout our buying process was always proactive, warm, and exceptionally professional, expecially when my solicitors where not that informative regarding the current stage of the house journey.<br><br>Moving home can be stressful, but having Geraldine as our Move Manager made a world of difference. She kept us updated every step of the way, navigated potential hurdles with ease, and made sure everything moved forward smoothly. Her communication, reassurance, and dedication to getting the job done were truly top-tier even with her poor sore throt.<br><br>If you are working with Ryder & Dutton, you are in the best possible hands with Geraldine. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get.
