26th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I’m extremely upset with this company. One of their leafleters forcibly opened my closed electric gate—at 7:30 in the morning—to get to my front door. I’m a mother home alone with two babies, and that gate is there for our security and privacy. I felt violated and unsafe. I emailed the company to complain and never even received a reply. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

22nd Aug 2019 (6 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Tried buying a house and had the worst experience ever. Leasehold listed as freehold. Firstly the didn’t present the offer to buyer u til chased. Paul who was handling the deal was away most of the time. Property was moved to Sold STC & then back on market before the survey report come back. Complete silence for over a month after asking for negotiations. The whole process was stressful and very frustrating. Seller solicitors to hold initial contract pack. I would stay away and look elsewhere.
