They were always approachable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. The entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend Davies Harrison to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable property professionals. A truly five-star service!
12th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking to rent a commercial property. In my experience, I was treated poorly and felt that they took advantage of my situation. They added unnecessary fees when I tried to end the lease, and although they were marketing the property, they never actually showed it to potential tenants—it was essentially me who had to find someone to take over the lease. This agency seems focused on adding fees rather than providing support. My advice: if possible, try to rent directly from a landlord instead. They also are involved in botch repairs and then when they fail, the agency tell you that you are now 100% liable to have the botched repairs, repaired properly. Please seriously look into other ways of renting.

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guy.
4th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I was extremely interested in a property with this agency last month , but they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. I tried multiple times over several weeks and couldn’t get a single response. If this is how they communicate with potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything once you’ve actually moved in. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time don’t even bother.
