Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I have never dealt with a solicitor so unhelpful! They never answer calls or emails and won’t even talk to our agent It’s been extremely difficult to have to do all of the legwork ourselves. Would def NOT recommend

Beyond advising on mortgage options, she provided prompt respond to all our questions and helped us in putting offers on the houses. A positive and supportive experience at every step of the way. 5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Abode have been excellent from start to finish. So helpful. There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)I would give Ryan Lynch of Siddall Jones 10 out of 5 for selling my mothers 4 lock up shops. He was commercial , thoughtful and helped every step of the way. Ryan often went above and beyond what was expected. A true professional in his field and I cannot understand the company's Google review score!!!! This does not reflect the standard I encountered which was excellent.
