10th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)A few years ago, when my partner and I were looking to rent a property, I had an experience with this company that has stayed with me ever since. During the process, a woman named Gina was holding my passport and asked me whether I was a British citizen after I had simply asked for clarification about something. What made this particularly upsetting was that my partner, who was with me at the time, was not asked the same question. He is white, and I was left feeling singled out, belittled, and judged. When I later raised this concern, I was told this was part of a right to rent check. However, that explanation did not address why I was the only one asked in that way. Right to rent checks should be applied fairly and consistently, and this interaction did not feel fair or professional to me. Years later, I still remember how uncomfortable and diminished that experience made me feel. I am sharing this because I think people deserve to know how they may be treated, especially if they are from an ethnic minority background. I hope the company reflects on how these checks are carried out and ensures that no one else is made to feel this way.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.
