Lorraine showed as round and we instantly fell in love with the property, we then went on to have our offer accepted. Communication so far has been excellent!

25th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Called to arrange a valuation, told some one would call back next day, never did, called again told someone would call again, never did. Chased again and left answer phone message. No one ever called! Dont bother!
13th May 2021 (5 years ago)Nice to see how the other half live, Cowes on the Isle of Wight is a lovely seaside town with great and interesting shopping lanes olde world and ultra modern all mixed together, perfect especially if you like boats and great food.

The team found a lovely local couple to purchase our cherished home and they worked relentlessly in the background chasing up the whole chain so we had the latest information available. They could not have done any more for us !!! Excellent service by Glenn and the whole team.

I viewed a property on Hayling with Jason and was interested straight away, and within a few days Jason had me signing paperwork, Jason was very well organised and responded very respectfully and quickly, Jason answered every question I asked even when I thought it was silly it didn't matter, he explained everything fully to me and was always well mannered I can't thank Jason and Geoff foot lettings as a whole enough for getting me into a new property and so quickly too.

Moving is such a stressful process but they have really made things so much easier, explaining things throughly and keeping us up to date on next steps. Ananya and Millie have been the highlight of it all, both such lovely ladies, who have been so helpful and easy to work with! They have been amazing throughout this whole process! 11th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)The service we had from Winkworth from the start to finish was fabulous. We listed with Winkworth initially because the house we wanted was listed with them, and I am so glad we did. They kept us informed of at all steps in the process. They provided feedback we received from viewings - no matter how silly some of the feedback was. They communicated with us and all people (buyers, sellers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and solicitors) in the chain and helped to move things along when we honestly felt like things were grinding to a halt and I was ready to give up on our buyers. Moving is was a very stressful process, but, Nikki, Immogen and Hannah made it that much less stressful.

They are always there on the end of the phone to provide updates/advice when needed. Love working with this agency- super professional and amazing at what they do.- 6th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)No contact for over a month after going on market. No feedback when viewers shown around. I decided to show people around myself. Continual calls from their solicitor stating I needed to pay them £25 deposit because of the type of contract I’d signed. This was wrong and not resolved in the 12 weeks we had the house up for sale. I decided to take the house off the market as I did not want to get involved in a sale with such a poor company. Such a poor experience, we have decided to leave selling the house for at least a year.

From initial viewing of properties to offering, purchasing and exchange of contracts they were an absolute dream team. Georgia Price and Jenny Abrook were brilliant. Kept us updated throughout the process and chased all parties when called upon. I wish I'd sold with them!!!!
